James is a top guy. Makes sure clients are looked after, flexible, helpful, informative. 10/10

I had a free body mot with James which was so good. He made me feel really heard and respected.. even when doing weird neurology techniques that blew my mind. Who knew that gargling water could help your back.
The next day (today) I tried the hyperbolic oxygen chamber and was so happy with how comfortable the team made me feel. I was super anxious, but I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs help. I will definitely be back and fingers crossed, I may have finally found the thing that helps manage my chronic illness symptoms 🙏😄

James was great as usual, worked wonders on my sons pec strain & as such he will be back swim training in the morning.
