Another good session today with James, I went in with tight hamstrings and calves and left feeling 100 times better, James also released a lot of tightness in my upper back that I’ve been feeling lately . I highly recommend using James for any niggles or twinges as he’ll certainly help you out, I’d also highly recommend the oxygen chamber.

Today was my first time using the oxygen chamber. Booking the session was super easy and straight forward - having the session automatically added to my calendar along with email and text reminders was a welcome addition. James explained the procedure before I booked and went over things again when I arrived for my slot. I was a bit nervous but James quickly reassured me and checked in on me throughout the session. I’ll be back soon and I’m looking forward to seeing how this amazing piece of kit aids my recovery postpartum.

James was there to great me when I arrived, the gym has fantastic facilities, from sports massage, cold water plunge bath and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy pod, full strongman equipment for anyone wanting to lift some serious weights, very knowledgeable guys too…and is immaculately clean and lovely surroundings, will definitely go again
