1st session with James and we concentrated on a shoulder issue I have had for a good while. One session and the movement in my shoulder is so much better, looking forward to my next overhead training session to test out the increased range of motion and no pain!!

We had a body MOT. This was an easy set of exercises, which revealed some interesting results in terms of our strengths and weaknesses. Highly recommend James' gentle, yet firm, approach.

I’ve been training with James for the past 4 months and the progress has been incredible. After recovering from a broken knee and surgery, he’s played a huge role in helping me regain strength and mobility. Not only has the rehab been effective, but I’ve also managed to build muscle and lose weight along the way. James goes above and beyond - even offering support and advice outside of our sessions to help me stay on track with my goals. I’d highly recommend him to anyone, especially those recovering from a sports injury.

Excellent as usual, got my legs working again,, at 80 they go down hill . But we are certainly on the way up don't struggle with the stairs now, but not running up them Yet!
