In Reiki, we mainly focus on the major 7 in the vedic system.

Starting from root to crown, the practitioner cleanses
any stagnant energies and replaces it with new light energy.

From there the energies are balanced and even throughout, flowing freely through the client.

Simply lay down, steady your breath,
relax and be open to the experience.

You may feel the energy passing over you, you might see colours or images, you may have an emotional release.

It is your experience!

I've found the best way is to notice these sensations
and make a metal note, but not cling to them too much.
