James was recommended to me by a friend after I started to get knee pain whilst running. James conducted a thorough assessment and was able to identify the problem straight away. I've been seeing James regularly for massage and he's given me exercises to do in between and I've noticed improvements each week. I couldn't recommend James enough!

Another good treatment session, James has a real skill in honing in on the problem areas and muscles to work on. There has been a big improvement, and much less pain in my right leg.
